Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

Padamparas does not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials on its servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive tracking details to monitor the shipment.

Padamparas shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by customers, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with the applicable tags, packaging, and accessories.

Once the correct returned product is received and verified, the eligible refund will be initiated on the same day.

The refund will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account will depend on Razorpay and the customer’s bank/payment provider’s applicable processing timelines.

8. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been processed or dispatched.
